司马騊，江苏江宁人。
清史稿卷三百六十 列传一百四十七：
司马騊，字云皋，江苏江宁人。乾隆中，大学士高晋为两江总督，辟佐幕司章奏。习河事，以从九品留工效用，授山阳主簿。累迁淮安同知，仍兼幕职。从晋塞河，屡有功。萨载继任总督，亦倚之。五十年，奏擢江南河库道。道库岁修六十万，溢额则俟上闻，遇险工，厅员借帑，久辄因缘为弊，騊从容筹补，公私具举。五十五年，迁江西按察使，在官七年，巡抚簠簋不饬，被劾多所牵连，騊以谨慎获免。嘉庆元年，迁山西布政使。二年，调山东，兼管河务。是年秋，曹州河溢，命騊偕两江总督李奉翰、南河总督康基田、前山东巡抚伊江阿同任堵塞。冬，擢河东河道总督。曹工寻合龙。三年春，西坝蛰，革职留任。疏言豫东两岸堤工卑薄，请择要增高，以御汛涨。诏以下游不能深通，徒事加堤，斥其不揣本而齐末，曹工之蛰，由於堵筑不坚，罚騊等赔修，夺翎顶，所议工事仍允行。九月，睢州河溢，诏免治罪，责速塞。四年正月，工竣，复顶戴，议叙，免其代赔帑银。寻卒於工次，赐恤。
