黄赟，临江人。
元史卷一百九十八 列传第八十五：
黄赟，字止敬，临江人。父君道，延祐间求官京师，留赟江南。时赟年幼，及既长，闻其父娶后妻居永平，乃往省之，则父殁已三年矣。庶母闻赟来，尽挟其赀去，更嫁，拒不见赟。赟号哭语人曰：“吾之来，为省吾父也。今不幸吾父已殁，思奉其柩归而窆之，莫知其墓。苟得见庶母示以葬所，死不恨矣，尚忍利遗财邪！”久之，闻庶母居海滨，亟裹粮往。庶母复拒之，三日不纳。庶母之弟怜之，与偕至永平属县乐亭求父墓，又弗得。赟哭祷于神，一夕梦老父以杖指葬处曰：“见片砖即可得。明日就其地求之，庶母之弟曰：“真是已，敛时有某物可验。”启朽棺，得父骨以归。
石明三者，与母居余姚山中。一日明三自外归，觅母不见，见壁穿而卧内有三虎子，知母为虎所害。乃尽杀虎子，砺巨斧立壁侧，伺母虎至，斫其脑裂而死。复往倚岩石傍，执斧伺候，斫杀牡虎。明三亦立死不仆，张目如生，所执斧牢不可拔。
