黄宪，汝南慎阳人。
后汉书卷五十三 周黄徐姜申屠列传第四十三：
黄宪字叔度，汝南慎阳人也。世贫贱，父为牛医。
颍川荀淑至慎阳，遇宪于逆族，时年十四，淑竦然异之，揖与语，移日不能去。谓宪曰："子，吾之师表也。"既而前至袁阆所，未及劳问，逆曰："子国有颜子，宁识之乎？"阆曰："见吾叔度邪？"是时，同郡戴良才高倨傲，而见宪未尝不正容，及归，罔然若有失也。其母问曰："汝复从牛医儿来邪？"对曰："良不见叔度，不自以为不及；既睹其人，则瞻之在前，忽焉在后，固难得而测矣。"同郡陈蕃、周举常相谓曰："明月之间不见黄生，则鄙吝之萌复存乎心。"及蕃为三公，临朝叹曰"叔度若在，吾不敢先佩印绶矣。"太守王龚在郡，礼进贤达，多所降致，卒不能屈宪。郭林宗少游汝南，先过袁阆，不宿而退，进往从宪，累日方还。或以问林宗。林宗曰："奉高之器，譬诸氿滥，虽清而易挹。叔度汪汪若千顷陂，澄之不清，淆之不浊，不可量也。"
宪初举孝廉，又辟公府，友人劝其仕，宪亦不拒之，暂到京师而还，竟无所就。年四十八终，天下号曰"征君"。
