黄亢，建州浦城人。
宋史卷四百四十二 列传第二百一：
黄亢，字清臣，建州浦城人也。母梦星殒于怀，掬而吞之，遂有娠。少奇颖过人，年十五，以文谒翰林学士章得象，得象奇之。游钱塘，以诗赠处士林逋，逋尤激赏。时王随知杭州，奏禁西湖为放生池，亢作诗数百言以讽，士人争传之。亢为人侏儒，不饰小节，对人野率，如不能言。然嗜学强记，为文词奇伟。卒，乡人类其文为十二卷，号《东溪集》。
