子蕡，字仲实。诸生，文有家法。善综核，知府章仪林议减清河赋，苦繁重，叩蕡。蕡为剖析条目，退草三千言，明旦献之。仪林惊喜，因请主办，三年而成。又佐修安东水道，役竣，费无毫发溢。
