高叡，京兆万年人。
新唐书卷一百九十一 列传第一百一十六：
高叡，京兆万年人，隋尚书左仆射颖孙也。举明经，稍迁通义令，有治劳，人刻石载德。历赵州刺史，平昌县子。圣历初，突厥默啜入寇，叡婴城拒，虏攻益急。长史唐波若度且陷，即与虏通。叡觉之，力不能制，即自经。不得死，为虏执，使降谕诸县，不肯应，见杀。初，虏至，有为叡计者："突厥蜂锐，所向无完，公不能亢，且当下之。"答曰："我，刺史，不战而降，罪大矣。"武后叹惜，赠冬官尚书，谥曰节。诏诛波若，籍其家。下制暴叡忠节、波若臣贼，使天下知之。
子仲舒，通故训学，擢明经，为相王府文学，王所钦器。开元初，宋璟、苏颋当秉，多咨访焉。时舍人崔琳练达政宜，璟等礼异之。当语人曰："古事问高仲舒，时事问崔琳，何复疑？"终太子右庶子。
