高其佩，奉天辽阳人。
清史稿卷五百四 列传二百九十一：
高其佩，字韦之，号且园，奉天辽阳人，隶籍汉军。父殉耿藩之难，其佩以荫官至户部侍郎。画有奇致，人物山水，并苍浑沉厚，衣纹如草篆，一袖数折。尤善指画，尝画黄初平叱石成羊，或已成羊而起立，或将成而未起，或半成而未离为石，风趣横生。画龙、虎，皆极其态。世既重其指墨，晚年以便於挥洒，遂不复用笔。其笔画之佳，几无人知之。雍正十二年，卒。甥李世倬、朱伦瀚皆学於其佩。
