顾悦之，字君叔，少有义行。与简文同年，而发早白。帝问其故。对曰："松柏之姿，经霜犹茂；蒲柳常质，望秋先零。"简文悦其对。始将抗表讼浩，浩亲故多谓非宜，悦之决意以闻，又与朝臣争论，故众无以夺焉。时人咸称之。为州别驾，历尚书右丞，卒。子凯之，别有传。
