韩璹，卫州汲人。
宋史卷三百三十 列传第八十九：
韩璹，字君玉，卫州汲人。登进士第，知定州安喜县。为政强力，能使吏不贿，守韩琦称其才。为开封司录。嘉祐宽恤诸道，分遣使者。璹曰："京师诸夏本，顾独不蒙惠乎？"乃具徭役利害上之，诏司马光、陈洙详定条式，遂革大姓渔并之弊。提点利州路、河北刑狱，以开封府判官迎契丹使。使问："南朝不闻打围，何也？"璹曰："我后仁及昆虫，非时不为耳。"
熙宁初，为梓州路转运使。朝廷命诸道议更役法，璹首建并纲减役之制，纲以数计者百二十有八，衙前以人计者二百八十有三，省役人五百。又请裁定诸州衙簿，于是王安石言："璹所言皆久为公私病，监司背公养誉，莫之或恤，而独能体上意，宜加赏。"乃下褒诏，且赐帛二百。入为盐铁副使，以右谏议大夫知澶州。坐失举，降太常少卿。河决，昼夜捍御。神宗念其劳，复故官太中大夫，判将作监，转正议大夫致仕。卒，年七十七。
璹吏事绝人，阅按牍，终身不忘，澶州民怀思之。他日，郡守或欲有所为，民必曰："此已经韩太中矣。"以故辄止。
