明史卷一百五十九 列传第四十七：
雷复，字景□，湖广宁远人。正统初进士。授行人，历官广西副使。藤县民胡赵成构瑶陷县治，复与参将范信讨斩之。成化初以大臣会荐，擢山东右布政使。七年征拜礼部右侍郎。寻改右副都御史，巡抚山西。继李侃后，端恪守法，得军民心。败寇红沙烟，再败之烟寺沟、石人村，赐敕奖劳。时山西大浸，而廷议以陕西用兵，令预征刍饷，转输榆林。复上言：“自山西至榆林，道路险绝，民赍银往易，价腾涌，不免称贷，偿责多破产。今雨雪愆违，饥民疾病流离，困悴万状，而应输绫帛、药果诸物，又不下万计。乞依山东例蠲除，仍发帑振赡。”帝从之。及发金三万不足，请鬻盐四十万引，并令民入粟授散官。皆报可。十年夏卒于官。
