陈肖仪，江西弋阳人。
清史稿卷四百九十一 列传二百七十八：
陈肖仪，字幼泉，江西弋阳人。尝遭母丧，扶柩舟行江中。夜火发，四面皆烈焰，肖仪以身伏柩上，随江流飘荡，不死，柩亦无恙，一时称奇孝。年十九，官湖北县丞，擢广济知县。咸丰三年，粤匪破田家镇，去县七十里，县故无城垣，召募乡兵，皆望风走。肖仪知事不可为，持刃坐堂皇，贼入，数其罪，即抽刃自刭，未殊。贼缚之，曳於市。子恩藻奋臂击贼，贼立杀之，肖仪骂益烈。贼凿齿刳颊，肤尽见骨，三日乃死，贼解其体为五。县民悲愤，贼去始敛焉。
