一元，侯官人。在江西，振饥有法。移疾去。天启初，起历应天府丞。御史余文缙劾向高，及一元，遂落职。崇祯初，复官。温体仁柄国，恶其附东林，而以为己门生也，引嫌不召。卒于家。
