阎庆胤，不知何许人。为东秦州数城太守。在政五年，清勤厉俗。频年饥馑，庆胤岁常以家粟千石赈恤贫穷，民赖以济。其部民杨宝龙等一千余人，申讼美政。有司奏曰："案庆胤自莅此郡，惠政有闻，又能自以己粟赡恤饥馑，乃有子爱百姓之义。如不少加优赉，无以厉彼贪残。又案齐州东魏郡太守路邕，在郡治能与之相埒，语其分赡又亦不殊，而圣旨优隆赐以衣马，求情即理，谓合同赏。"灵太后卒无褒赏焉。
