金鹗，临海人。
清史稿卷四百八十二 列传二百六十九：
金鹗，字诚斋，临海人。优贡生。博闻强识，邃精三礼之学。受知於山阳汪廷珍，与析难辨论，成礼说二卷。嘉庆二十四年，卒於京邸。所著求古录一书，取宫室、衣服、郊祀、井田之类，贯串汉、唐诸儒之说，条考而详辨之。鹗又尝辑论语乡党注，釐正旧说，颇得意解。卒后稿全佚，陈奂求得之，釐为求古录礼说十五卷，乡党正义一卷。
