郭璘，邢州人。
旧五代史卷九十五（晋书） 列传十：
郭璘，邢州人也。初事后唐明宗，渐升为军校。天福中，为奉国指挥使，历数郡刺史。开运中，移领易州，契丹攻其郡，璘率厉士众，同其甘苦，敌不能克。复以州兵击贼，数获其利，朝廷嘉之，就加检校太保。契丹主尝谓左右曰：“吾不畏一天下，乃为此人所抑挫！”重威降，契丹使通事耿崇美诱其民众，璘不能制，城既降，为崇美所害。汉高祖即位，诏赠太傅。
