郭成，德顺中安堡人。
宋史卷三百五十 列传第一百九：
郭成，字信之，德顺中安堡人也。从军，得供奉官。王师趋灵武，成将泾原兵击破夏人于漫隘。至城下，有羌乘白马驰突阵前，大将刘昌祚曰："谁能取此者？"成跃马枭其首以献，进秩四等。
朝廷筑平夏城，置将戍之，又环以五砦。渭帅章楶问可守者于诸将，皆曰："非郭成不可。"遂使往守。夏人恚失地，空国入争，谋曰："平夏视诸垒最大，郭成最知兵。"遂自没烟峡连营百里，飞石激火，昼夜不息。成与折可适议乘胜深入，以万骑异道并进，遂俘阿埋、都逋二大酋。捷闻，进雄州防御使、泾原钤辖。徽宗诏诸军并力筑绥戎、怀戎二堡，成独当合流之役，暴露雪中，感疾卒。帝悼之甚，赙以金帛，官其子婿。
成轻财好施，名震西鄙。既没，廉访使者王孝谒白于朝，帝手书报曰："郭成尽忠报国，有功于民，宜载祀典。"榜其庙曰"仁勇"云。子浩，绍兴中为西边大将，至节度使。
