郭实，高邑人。
明史卷二百三十四 列传第一百二十二：
郭实，字伯华，高邑人。万历十一年进士。授朝邑知县，选授御史。御史王麟趾劾湖广巡抚秦耀结政府状，谪徐沟丞。实复劾耀，耀乃罢。比去任，侵赃赎银巨万，为衡州同知沈鈇所发，下吏戍边。故事，抚按赃赎率贮州县为公费，自耀及都御史李采菲、御史沈汝梁、祝大舟咸以自润败。自是率预灭其籍，无可稽矣。实以论朝鲜事黜。久之，封贡不成，星下吏。给事中侯廷佩请还实官，不许。家居十五年，起南京刑部主事，终大理右寺丞。
