郝硕，汉军镶黄旗人。
清史稿卷三百三十九 列传一百二十六：
郝硕，汉军镶黄旗人。父郝玉麟，官两江总督。郝硕袭骑都尉世职，授户部员外郎，直军机处，迁郎中。外授山东登莱青道，三迁江西巡抚。将朝京师，以行李不具，徵属吏纳赇。四十九年，两江总督萨载论劾，逮京师鞫实。上谓：“郝硕罪同国泰，国泰小有才，地方事尚知料理。郝硕尝朝行在，问以地方事，不知所对。不意复贪婪若是！且郝硕讬辞求赂，正国泰事败时，乃明知故蹈，无复忌惮。即视国泰例赐自裁。”因通谕诸直省督抚，当持名节，畏宪典，以国泰、郝硕为戒。
