郑仲礼，荥阳开封人，魏鸿胪严庶子也。少轻险，有膂力，高祖嬖宠其姊，以亲戚被昵，擢帐内都督。尝执高祖弓刀，出入随从。任胄为好酒不忧公事，高祖责之，胄惧，谋为逆。赖武明娄后为请，故仲礼死不及其家。
