邹洬，吉水人。
宋史卷四百五十四 列传第二百一十三：
邹洬，字凤叔，吉水人，后徙永丰。少慷慨有大志，以豪侠鸣。从文天祥勤王，补武资至将军。益王立，改寺丞，领江西招谕副使。聚兵宁都，得数万，改授江西安抚副使。复兴国、永丰二县，进兵部侍郎兼江东、西处置副使。及永丰败，继从天祥间关岭道，未几，复出开督府，分司永丰、兴国境上。北兵骤至，大战，洬脱身走至潮州。及天祥被执，洬自杀。
当是时，从天祥勤王死事者，洬与刘子俊等凡十有九人，因次第其名，附见左方。
