邵齐焘，昭文人。
清史稿卷四百八十五 列传二百七十二：
邵齐焘，字｛叔宀｝，昭文人。幼异敏，甫受书即能了大义。乾隆七年进士，以编修居词馆十年。尝献东巡颂，时称班、扬之亚，群公争欲致门下。齐焘意度夷旷，殊落落也。年三十六，即罢归。自颜其室曰“道山禄隐”。主常州龙城书院，洪亮吉、黄景仁皆从受学。善为俪体文，气格排奡，意欲矫陈维崧、吴绮、章藻功三家之失。卒，年五十有二。著玉芝堂集。
