邵真者，恒州节度使李宝臣之判官也。累加检校司封郎中、兼御史中丞，专掌文翰，宝臣深所信任。宝臣死，其子惟岳擅领父众。李正己、田悦遣人说惟岳同叛，真泣谏曰："先公位兼将相，受国厚恩，大夫縗绖之中，遽欲违命，同邻道之恶，违先公之志，必不可也！田悦与我密迩，绝之又恐速祸；正己稍远，绝之易耳。但令悦使还报，请徐思其宜；执正己使送京师，因请致讨，朝廷必嘉大夫之忠，而旌节可得。"惟岳然之，令真草奏。将发，孔目吏胡震谓惟岳曰："此事非细，请与将吏会议。"长史毕华曰："先公与二道亲好，二十余年，一朝背之，伏恐生事。今执其来使，送于京师，大善。脱未为朝廷所信，正己兵强，忽来袭城，孤军无援，何以敌之？不若仍旧勿绝，徐观其变。"惟岳又从之。真又劝惟岳遣其弟惟简入朝，仍遣军吏薛广嗣诣河东节度马燧军求保荐。田悦屯兵束鹿，闻其谋，遣人谓惟岳曰："邵真惑乱军政，必速杀之。不然，吾且讨其罪矣。"惟岳惧，遂杀真。朝廷闻而嘉之，赠户部尚书。
