清史稿卷二百八十六 列传七十三：
璿，字玑亭，江南无锡人。自拔贡生授芮城知县。行取工部主事，授江南道御史，掌登闻院，巡视北城。六十年，遣戍军前。时同谪者十三人，图云、允符、成穮、璿皆死於塞外，而给事中刘堂，御史柴谦、吴镐、程镳续以言事谪，同时释还，仍为十三人，世称“十三言官”。堂，彭泽人。谦，仁和人。镐，汉阳人。镳，钱塘人。
