谢良佐，寿春上蔡人。
宋史卷四百二十八 列传第一百八十七：
谢良佐字显道，寿春上蔡人。与游酢、吕大临、杨时在程门，号"四先生"。登进士第。建中靖国初，官京师，召对，忤旨去。监西京竹木场，坐口语系诏狱，废为民。良佐记问该赡，对人称引前史，至不差一字。事有未彻，则颡有泚。与程颐别一年，复来见，问其所进，曰："但去得一'矜'字尔。"颐喜，谓朱光庭曰："是子力学，切问而近思者也。"所著《论语说》行于世。
