许振祎，江西奉新人。
清史稿卷四百五十 列传二百三十七：
许振祎，字仙屏，江西奉新人。咸丰初，以拔贡生参曾国藩戎幕。迨楚军困於江西，都邑相继陷，振祎偕内阁中书邓辅纶募乡兵击贼进贤、东乡，旋复吉安。叙功，以同知铨选。同治二年，成进士，授职编修，出督陕甘学政。时河州降回复叛，而西宁诸郡回、汉民亦日相仇杀，试事久停不举。振祎始按试各郡，多录降人子弟，补行八次岁科试，入学者数千人，回民大服。建味经书院於泾阳，广置书籍，以化其獷俗。又请陕、甘分闱乡试，各设学政，允之。总督左宗棠以谓边氓长治久安之效，胥基於此。父忧归。
光绪二年，起故官。八年，授彰卫怀道，减属县差徭费岁二十馀万。豫修里河堤防，淮海各盐区得免水患。十六年，擢河东河道总督，筑荥泽大坝，胡家屯、米童寨各石坝，河赖以无患。其要尤在严稽察，不私财权，令七厅径赴司库支领，故积弊徐而工坚。二十一年，迁广东巡抚，禁赌闱姓，粤民利赖之。二十四年，裁广东、云南、湖北三巡抚缺，振祎调内用。乞假归，逾年卒。附祀江苏、河南曾国藩祠。
