蒋洲，江南常熟人。
清史稿卷三百三十九 列传一百二十六：
蒋洲，江南常熟人，大学士廷锡子。自主事累擢至山西布政使。二十二年，就迁巡抚，旋移山东，以塔永宁代。塔永宁劾洲贪纵，亏库帑钜万。将行，令冀宁道杨龙文、太原知府七赉札诸属吏纳赇弥所亏。统勋自云南还，上命驰往会塔永宁按治。解洲任，逮送山西严鞫，得实，诛洲，并及龙文、七赉论绞候。诸属吏亏帑，文职知州朱廷扬等、武职守备武琏等，皆论罪如律。陕西巡抚明德，以前官山西尝取洲及诸属吏赇，亦论绞候。上命发甘肃交黄廷桂听差遣。
