蒋恭，义兴临津人。
南史卷七十三 列传第六十三：
蒋恭，义兴临津人也。元嘉中，晋陵蒋崇平为劫见禽，云与恭妻弟吴晞张为侣。晞张先行，不在本村，遇水，妻息避水，移寄恭家。时录晞张不获，禽收恭及兄协付狱科罪。恭、协并款舍住晞张家口，而不知劫情。恭列晞张妻息是妇之亲，亲今有罪，恭身甘分，求免兄协。协列是户主，求免弟恭。兄弟二人争求受罪，郡县不能制，依事上详。州议以为并不合罪。后除恭义成令，协义招令。
