蒋坚，江西铅山人。
清史稿卷四百九十九 列传二百八十六：
蒋坚，字非磷，江西铅山人。幼即有智数。七岁，从叔入寺，庑坐县役，值与语，谓某寺僧被杀，不得其主名。坚语其叔曰：“杀人者，堂上老僧也！”方诵经，屡顾，意乃不在经。役牵去，一讯而服。年十七，附舟经瑞洪，有少年同舟，当食必出避，坚疑而问之。少年自言贫不能偿舟值，舟人将不余食焉，故出避。坚邀与共食，资以金，其人后客死，又策返其骨及馀金。长习法家言，佐幕山西，屡雪疑狱。康熙五十二年，主泽州知州佟国珑，临汾民迫奸胥为变，巡抚檄国珑往按，坚从国珑以七骑往。至则众保山汹汹，坚以巡抚令箭先谕众。国珑入县，执胥扰民者五六，笞之流血，众就观，欢譟悉散。国珑乞休，坚归。数年，闻国珑以属吏亏帑逮下太原狱，责偿数千金。坚往省，为国珑徵债栾城，又至泽州，贷於州民，为国珑输偿，狱乃解。坚尝曰：“法所以救世，心求人之生，斯善用法矣。”著求生集。
