宋史卷四百四十九 列传第二百八：
范旺，南剑州顺昌县巡检司军校也。初，顺昌盗俞胜等作乱，官吏皆散，土军陈望素乐祸，与射士张衮谋举砦应之，旺叱之曰："吾等父母妻子皆受国家廪食以活，今力不能讨，反更助为虐，是无天地也。"凶党忿，剔其目而杀之。
一子曰佛胜，年二十，以勇闻，贼诈以父命召之，至则俱死。其妻马氏闻之，行且哭，贼胁污之，不从，节解之。
贼既平，旺死迹在地，隐隐不没，邑人惊异，为设像城隍庙，岁时祭享。绍兴六年，转运使以状闻，诏赠承信郎，更立祠，号忠节。二十八年，复诏立愍节庙以祠之。
马俊或曰进，太平州慈湖砦兵也。绍兴二年，砦军陆德、周青、张顺等据州叛，青为谋主，约翌日尽黥城中少壮，而屠其老弱，然后拥众渡江。俊隶青左右，得其谋，阴结其徒十人杀贼，然后谕众开门，其徒许之。俊归语其妻孙氏，与之诀，至南门，伺青出上马，斫中颊，九人惧不敢前。俊与妻子皆遇害。青被伤卧旬日，贼党散，官军至，德、青遂伏诛。三年，赠俊修武郎，为立祠，号登勇。
