范叔孙，吴郡钱唐人。
南史卷七十三 列传第六十三：
范叔孙，吴郡钱唐人也。少而仁厚，周穷济急。同里范法先父母兄弟七人同时疫死，唯余法先，病又危笃，丧尸经日不收。叔孙悉备棺器，亲为殡埋。又同里施夫疾病，父死不殡；范苗父子并亡；范敬宗家口六人俱得病，二人丧没，亲邻畏远，莫敢营视；叔孙并为殡瘗，躬恤病者，并皆得全。乡曲贵其义行，莫有呼其名者。宋孝武孝建初，除竟陵王国中军，不就。
义兴吴国夫，亦有义让之美，人有窃其稻者，乃引还，为设酒食，以米送之。
