苏寀，磁州滏阳人。
宋史卷三百三十一 列传第九十：
苏寀字，公佐，磁州滏阳人。擢第，调兖州观察推官，受知于守杜衍。为大理详断官。民有母改嫁而死，既葬，辄盗其柩归祔，法当死。寀曰："子取母祔父，岂与发冢取财等？"请而生之。
迁审刑院详议、御史台推真官，知单州，提点梓州益州路刑狱、利路转运使。文州岁市羌马，羌转买蜀货，猾驵上下物价，肆为奸渔。寀议置折博务，平货直以易马，宿弊顿绝。
入判大理寺，为湖北、淮南、成都路转运使，擢侍御史知杂事，判刑部。使契丹，还及半道，闻英宗晏驾，契丹置宴仍用乐，寀谓送者曰："两朝兄第国家，君臣之义，吾与君等一也。此而可忍，孰不可忍。"遂为之彻乐。
进度支副使，以集贤殿修撰知凤翔。还，纠察在京刑狱，又出知潭州、广州，累转给事中，知河南府，无留讼。入知审刑院，卒。寀长于刑名，故屡为法官，数以谳议受诏奖焉。
