胡沙补，完颜部人。
金史卷一百二十一 列传第五十九：
胡沙补，完颜部人。年三十五从军，颇见任用。太祖使仆刮剌往辽国请阿竦，实观其形势。仆刮剌还言辽兵不知其数，太祖疑之，使胡沙补往。还报曰：“辽兵调兵，尚未大集。”及见统军，使其孙被甲立于傍，统军曰：“人谓汝辈且反，故为备耳。”及行道中，遇渤海军，渤海军向胡沙补且笑且言曰：“闻女直欲为乱，汝辈是邪。”具以告太祖，又曰：“今举大事不可后时，若俟河冻，则辽兵盛集来攻矣。乘其未集而早伐之，可以得志。”太祖深然之。及破宁江州，战于达鲁古城，皆有功，赐以旗鼓并御器械。高永昌请和，胡沙补往招之，取胡突古以归。高永昌诈降于斡鲁，斡鲁使胡沙补、撒八往报。会高桢降，言永昌非真降者，斡鲁乃进兵。永昌怒，遂杀胡沙补，撒八，皆支解之。胡沙补就执，神色自若，骂永昌曰：“汝叛君逆天，今日杀我，明日及汝矣。”骂不绝口，至死。年五十九。天会中，与撒八俱赠遥镇节度使。
