旧唐书卷一百八十八 列传第一百三十八：
罗让，字景宣。祖怀操。父珦，官至京兆尹。让少以文学知名，举进士，应诏对策高等，为咸阳尉。丁父忧，服除，尚衣麻茹菜，不从四方之辟者十余年。李献为淮南节度使，就其所居，请为从事。除监察御史，转殿中，历尚书郎、给事中，累迁至福建观察使、兼御史中丞，甚著仁惠。有以女奴遗让者，让问其所因，曰："本某寺家人。兄姊九人，皆为官所卖，其留者唯老母耳。"让惨然，焚其券书，以女奴归其母。入为散骑常侍。未几，除江西都团练观察使、兼御史大夫。年七十一卒。赠礼部尚书。
子劭京，字子峻，进士擢第，又登科。让再从弟咏。咏子劭权，字昭衡，进士擢第。劭京、劭权知名于时，并历清贯。
