罗万藻，字文止，世纯同县人。天启七年举于乡。崇祯中行保举法，祭酒倪元璐以万藻应诏，辞不就。福王时为上杭知县。唐王立于闽，擢礼部主事。南英卒，哭而殡之，居数月亦卒。
