田昼，阳翟人。
宋史卷三百四十五 列传第一百四：
昼字承君，阳翟人。枢密使况之从子，以任为校书郎。调磁州录事参军，知西河县，有善政，民甚德之。议论慨慷，有前辈风。
与邹浩以气节相激励。元符中，浩为谏官，昼监京城门，往见浩曰："平生与君相许者何如，今君为何官？"浩曰："上遇群臣，未尝假以辞色，独于浩差若相喜。天下事固不胜言，意欲待深相信而后发，贵有益也。"昼然之。既而以病归许，邸状报立后，昼谓人曰："志完不言，可以绝交矣。"浩得罪，昼迎诸涂。浩出涕，昼正色责曰："使志完隐默官京师，遇寒疾不汗，五日死矣。岂独岭海之外能死人哉？愿君毋以此举自满，士所当为者，未止此也。"浩茫然自失，叹谢曰："君之赠我厚矣。"
建中靖国初，入为大宗正丞。曾布数罗致之，不为屈；欲与提举常平官，亦辞。请知淮阳军，岁大疫，日挟医问病者药之，遇疾卒。淮阳人祀以为土神云。
