王虔裕，琅琊临沂人。
旧五代史卷二十一（梁书） 列传十一：
王虔裕，琅琊临沂人也，家于楚丘。少有胆勇，多力善射，以弋猎为事。唐乾符中，诸葛爽聚徒于青、棣间，攻剽郡县，虔裕依其众。及爽归顺，乃以虔裕及其众隶于宣武军。太祖镇汴，四郊多事，始议选将征讨，首以虔裕绾骑兵，恒为前锋。及太祖击巢、蔡于陈州，虔裕连拔数寨，擒获万计。巢孽既遁，虔裕蹑其迹，追至万胜戍，贼众饥乏，短兵才接而溃。太祖以其劳，表授义州刺史。蔡人日纵侵掠，陈、郑、许、亳之郊频年大战，虔裕掩袭攻拒，凡百余阵，剿戮生擒，不知纪极。秦宗贤寇汴南鄙，太祖令虔裕逆击于尉氏，不利而还。太祖怒，命削职，拘于别部。逾年，邢州孟迁请降。未几，晋人伐邢，孟迁遣使来乞师，太祖先遣虔裕选勇士百余人径往赴之，伺夜突入邢州。明日，循堞树立旗帜，晋人不测，乃退。数月，复来围邢，时太祖大军方讨兖、郓，未及救授。邢人困而携贰，迁乃絷虔裕送于太原，寻为所害。
