王绩灿，安福人。
明史卷二百五十八 列传第一百四十六：
绩灿，宇伟奏，安福人。与给事中邓英陈奸吏私派之弊，又进赐环、起废、容谏三说。荐张凤翔、李邦华、刘宗周、惠世扬，遂获罪卒。福王时，复官。
彦芳、绩灿两人者，皆以天启五年举进士。彦芳授莆田知县，绩灿授兴化知县，又皆以治行高等擢崇祯四年御史，并有声。其免官也，又皆以荐才不中，与吴执御同论谴云。
