沈君游，吴兴人。祖僧畟，左民尚书。父巡，东阳太守。君游博学有词采，位至散骑常侍。岿之十二年，卒。有文集十卷。
弟君公，有干局，美风仪，文章典正，特为岿所重。历中书黄门侍郎、御史中丞。自都官尚书为义兴王瓛师。从瓛奔陈，授侍中、太子詹事。隋平陈，以瓛同谋度江，伏诛。
