南史卷三十六 列传第二十六：
禄，字彦遐，幼笃学有文章，工书善琴。形貌短小，神明俊发。位太子洗马、湘东王录事参军，以气陵府王，王深憾焉。庐陵威王续代为荆州，留为骠骑谘议参军。献书告别，王答书乃致恨。禄先为武宁郡，颇有资产，积钱于壁，壁为之倒迮，铜物皆鸣。人戏之曰："所谓'铜山西倾，洛钟东应'者也。"湘东王恨之既深，以其名禄，改字曰荣财，以志其忿。后为唐侯相，卒。撰《列仙传》十卷行于世，及《井洁皋木人赋》、《败船咏》，并以自喻。
子徽亦有文采，而清狂不慧，常以父为戏。蒨子紑。
