江白，建昌人。景德二年进士。父禹锡，有节义，高年不仕，躬自教授，大中祥符初，献《东封诗》十五篇，有诏嘉美，赐以粟帛，岁时遣使存问。五年，卒。白自鄞尉罢还，负土营葬，庐于墓侧，藜羹芒屩，昼夜号泣，将终制犹然。转运使以其状闻，诏赐帛二十匹，粟麦二十石，醪酒十缸。
