武恪，宣德府人。
元史卷一百九十九 列传第八十六：
武恪，字伯威，宣德府人。初以神童游学江南，吴澄为江西儒学副提举，荐入国学肄业。明宗在潜邸，选恪为说书秀才，及出镇云南，恪在行。明宗欲起兵陕西，恪谏曰：“太子北行，于国有君命，于家有叔父之命，今若向京师发一箭，史官必书太子反。”左右恶恪言，乃曰：“武秀才有母在京，合遣其回。”恪遂还京师，居陋巷，教训子弟。文宗知其名，除秘书监典簿。秩满，丁内艰，再除中瑞司典簿，改汾西县尹，皆不起。人或劝之仕，恪曰：“向为亲屈，今亲已死，不复仕矣。”居数岁，会朝廷选守令，泰不华举恪为平阳沁水县尹，亦不赴。近臣又荐为授经郎，恪遂阳为喑哑，不就。
恪好读《周易》，每日坚坐。或问之曰：“先生之学，以何为本？”恪曰：“以敬为本。”所著有《水云集》若干卷。其从之学者多有所成，佛家奴为太尉，完者不花佥枢密院事，皆有贤名。
