梁越，字玄览，新兴人也。少而好学，博综经传，无所不通。性纯和笃信，行无择善。国初为《礼经》博士。太祖以其谨厚，举动可则，拜上大夫命授诸皇子经书。太宗即祚，以师傅之恩赐爵祝阿侯后出为雁门太守，获白雀以献，拜光禄大夫。卒。子弼，早卒。
弼子恭，袭。降为云中子。无子，爵除。
