杨纮。
宋史卷三百五 列传第六十四：
纮字望之，以荫历官知鄞县。鄞滨海，恶少贩鱼盐者，群居洲岛，或掠商人财物入海，吏不能禁。纮至，设方略，使识者质恶少船，及归，始给还，且戒谕之，由是不敢为盗。以亿文献，赐进士出身。通判越州，知筠州，提点江东刑狱，除转运、按察使。江东饥，纮开义仓赈之，吏持不可。纮曰："义仓，为民也，稍稽，人将殍矣。"
纮御下急，常曰："不法之人不可贷。去之，止不利一家尔，岂可使郡邑千万家俱受害邪？"闻者望风解去，或过期不敢之官。与王鼎、王绰号"江东三虎"。坐降知衡州，徙越州。为荆南转运使，徙福建，不赴，知湖州，复为江东转运使。官至太常少卿，卒。纮性严，虽家居，儿女不敢妄言笑。聚书数万卷，手抄事实，名《窥豹篇》。
