杨皞，扶风人。
元史卷一百九十七 列传第八十四：
杨皞，扶风人。父清，母牛氏。牛氏尝病剧，皞叩天求代，遂痊，如是者再。后牛氏失明，皞登太白山取神泉洗之，复如故。牛氏殁，哀毁特甚。葬之日，大雨，独皞墓前后数里，密云蔽之，雨不沾土，送者大悦。葬毕，令妻卫氏家居养清，皞独庐墓上，负土为坟，蔬食水饮，终其丧。清卒，亦如之。
