杨瓒，蠡县人。
明史卷一百六十一 列传第四十九：
杨瓒，蠡县人。永乐末进士。知赵城县，课绩为山西最，超擢凤阳知府。正统十年大计天下群吏，始命举治行卓异者，瓒及王懋、叶锡、赵亮等与焉。凤阳帝乡，勋臣及诸将子孙多犯令。瓒请立户稽出入，由是始遵约束。瓒言民间子弟可造者多，请增广生员毋限额。礼部采瓒言，考取附学。天下学校之有附学生，由瓒议始。
擢浙江右布政使。与镇守侍郎孙原贞共平陶得二之乱。景泰二年，瓒以湖州诸府官田赋重，请均之民田赋轻者，而严禁诡寄之弊。诏与原贞督之，田赋称平。久之，卒官。
