南史卷六十四 列传第五十四：
崱，嶷弟也。幼有志气，居乡里以胆勇称，后为新兴太守。太清三年，随岳阳王来袭荆州，元帝与崱兄岸有旧，密书邀之。崱乃与岸、弟幼安、兄子龛等夜归元帝，以为武州刺史，封枝江县侯，令随领军王僧辩东讨侯景。至巴陵，景遁。加侍中，进爵为公，仍随僧辩追景至石头。景败，崱入据台城。景平，加散骑常侍、江州刺史。是月，齐将郭元建攻秦州刺史严超达于秦郡，王僧辩令崱赴援，陈武帝亦自欧阳来会。元建众却，崱因纵兵大破之，元建遁。时元帝执王琳于江陵，琳长史陆纳等于长沙反。元帝征崱与王僧辩讨之。及纳等战于车轮，大败之。后纳等降，崱又与王僧辩西讨，平武陵王于硖口。旋镇遘疾卒，谥曰武。崱兄弟九人，兄嵩、岑、嶷、岌、巘、岸及弟嵸、幼安并知名。
