宋史卷二百七十一 列传第三十：
李韬，河朔人。有勇力胆气，善用槊，为禁军队长。周祖征三叛，韬从白文珂攻河中，兵傅其城。文珂夜诣周祖议犒军，留韬城下。时营栅未备，李守贞乘虚来袭，营中忽见火发，知贼聚至，惶怖失据。客省使阎晋卿率左右数十人，遇韬于月城侧，谓韬曰："事急矣，城中人悉被黄纸甲，为火光所照，色俱白，此殊易辨，奈军士无斗志何？"韬愤怒曰："岂有食君禄而不为国致死耶！"即援槊而进，军中死士十余辈随韬犯贼锋。蒲有猛将跃马持戈拟韬，韬刺之，洞胸而坠。又连杀数十人，蒲军遂溃，因击，大破之，守贞自是闭垒不敢出。俄骁将王三铁降，城遂平，韬由此知名。累迁军校，出为赵州刺史，移慈州。乾德六年卒。
