李象鹍，湖南长沙人。
清史稿卷三百八十四 列传一百七十一：
李象鹍，字云皋，湖南长沙人。嘉庆十六年进士，选庶吉士，授编修。道光二年，出为直隶宣化知府。岁饥，禁奸贩，安屯户，煮粥以赈，民无失所。课士有法，一变边郡弇陋之习。调正定，再调保定。蒋攸銛、那彦成先后为总督，皆倚如左右手。象鹍持正无挠，擢通永道，调河南盐道。治漕严，弁丁懔懔，禁胥役藉雇剥船扰民，请潞盐仍归商运，民便之。丁父艰归，服阕，补江西吉南赣宁道。辖境与粤东犬牙相错，多伏莽，属县僻瘠，几不可治，象鹍扫除积弊，境内秩然。擢江苏按察使，署江宁布政使。时陶澍为总督，赖其佐理焉。调贵州按察使。仁怀奸民为乱，株连众，治之无枉纵。擢布政使，禁汉奸盘剥苗民，多惠政。二十四年，以假去职。洎入觐，诏以三品京堂候补。未几，乞归。
