李秉钧，汉军正白旗人。由謄录叙知县，选泰宁，有治声。革命变作，慨然曰：“国亡与亡，义也！第县治无官，民将失所。”召绅士议保卫，法既定，仰药死。继妻乌苏氏亦抑药殉之。
