李瞻，蓟州玉田人。
金史卷一百二十八 列传第六十六：
李瞻，蓟州玉田人。辽天庆二年进士，为平州望云令。张觉据平州叛，以瞻从事。宗望复平州，觉亡去，城中复叛，瞻逾城出降，其子不能出，为贼所害。宋王宗望嘉之。承制以为兴平府判官。天会三年，迁大理少卿，从宗望南伐，为汉军粮料使。四年，金兵围汴，宋人请割河北三镇，瞻与礼部侍郎李天翼安抚河北东、西两路，略定怀、浚、卫等州，卫、汤阴等县。七年，知宁州，累迁德州防御使。为政宽平，民怀其惠，相率诣京师请留者数百千人。贞元三年，迁济州路转运使，改忠顺军节度使。正隆末，盗贼蜂起，瞻增筑城垒为备，蔚人赖之以安。大定初，卒于官。
